Raycom Sports Nets Four Nominations for Midsouth Regional Emmys

Raycom Sports was nominated for four Midsouth Regional Emmy Awards by the Nashville/Midsouth Chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The awards will be presented on March 17, 2012 in Nashville.

The summer weekly series “Havoline Football Saturdays in the South” was nominated for the third time in four years in the Sports Program category. It has won two Emmy Awards. “ACC Road Trip” was nominated in the category Magazine Program, where it was awarded its first Emmy last year. In addition, Raycom was nominated in the categories of Photography Program and Sports Segment.

Producer Alex Farmartino received four nominations, Producer Jeremy Williams received three nominations, Producer David Barringer received two nominations, and Coordinating Producer Rob Reichley and ACC Road Trip Host Tommy Kane each received one nomination.
