Registration Now Open for Fourth Annual College Sports Video Summit
The Sports Video Group is pleased to announce that registration is open for the 2012 College Sports Video Summit (CSVS).
The fourth annual CSVS aims to take the college video marketplace to the next level. While rights fees continue to explode on the national scene, so do a wealth of broadcast opportunities on even the smallest of campuses. To go under the hood of the challenges of college sports video creation, production, and distribution, SVG invites you to join its members and sponsors at CSVS, inside the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, Ga. on June 6 and 7.
College and conference professionals can now register to attend the Summit at the early bird rate of just $175. Hotel group rates are also available at the Westin.
CSVS 2012 is a top professional-development and networking conference that specializes in bringing together the brightest minds in college video with the innovative technology companies of today. CSVS is where technology enables opportunity, at all levels of video production – even on a shoestring budget. It’s where inspiration meets monetization, and institutions learn to increase the value of their college sports content.
The conference program will feature collaborative sessions on Wednesday followed by two tracks of specialized workshops on Thursday, offering in-depth looks at how to make your productions their very best and how to secure the funding and equipment to make it all happen.
A centerpiece to the conference is the annual College Sports Media Awards, where SVG and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) honor the best in the year of college sports video storytelling. Outstanding productions from networks and campuses across the country, and the staff who made them possible, will be formally recognized during a ceremony on June 6.
