T3Media, Inc. (formerly Thought Equity Motion), a provider of cloud-based video management and licensing services, has signed an exclusive agreement with the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) organization. Under the agreement, T3Media will be digitizing PBR’s video library for global accessibility and licensing through www.t3licensing.com.
