AmberFin Announces Changes to U.S. Team

AmberFin has announced a number of strategic appointments and changes to the company’s U.S. team. AmberFin’s Vice President of Technology, Simon Adler, has relocated to AmberFin’s LA-based U.S. headquarters where he is responsible for guiding the vision and technical direction of the company’s products in the U.S. market space. Prior to his move to the U.S., Simon was based at AmberFin’s global headquarters in the UK where he was working on key strategic projects and the product direction.
Chad Rounsavall has been promoted to VP of U.S. Sales.  In this new position, Rounsavall will be responsible for developing and managing AmberFin’s sales strategy to further expand the Company’s position and presence throughout the U.S. Rounsavall brings over 20 years’ broadcast industry experience, having most recently worked for Avid Technology.
AmberFin has appointed Michael Wright as Director of Key Accounts for AmberFin.  In his new role Wright will be responsible for the development and execution of AmberFin’s sales strategy to key customers and U.S. channel program. A senior sales executive with a proven track-record in the high-end entertainment technology markets, Wright comes to AmberFin from Avid Technology where he was Director of Enterprise Accounts, Broadcast.
AmberFin has also appointed Dietrich Cohn as Application Sales Engineer for North America.  In this position, Cohn is responsible for pre-sales, deployment and training, and supporting relationships with AmberFin’s key accounts including major networks, motion picture studios and broadcasters. Cohn brings over a decade’s experience in the broadcast industry, having most recently worked for Signiant as a senior pre- and post-sales engineer.  Prior to Signiant, Cohn held a number of senior sales engineering positions with companies such as Ortiva Wireless, and Compuware.
