XOS Digital Completes Successful Equity Offering

XOS Digital Inc., a leading provider of content management solutions and digital media services for collegiate and professional sports organizations, announced the successful first closing of an equity financing round to support its growth initiatives and aid in the successful fulfillment of approximately 645 backlogged contracts.

Due to the successful nature of this round, the company has elected to extend the deadline from today until March 22 to accommodate the high level of interest.
