(n+1)designstudio Celebrates Launch With Real-Time Social Interaction At PromaxBDA
Story Highlights
In partnership with PromaxBDA: The Conference 2013, (n+1)designstudio will bring social media integration to attendees, integrating Twitter and Instagram to allow conference-goers to share their experiences on (n+1)’s giant video board. The display is part of the creative house’s brand launch, which will also include a pre-conference email campaign, a free-standing life-sized logo and runway sports models promoting @nplus1design’s array of services.
(n+1)designstudio, a creative services firm providing motion graphic design and conceptual branding solutions for the sports and entertainment industries, will unveil its distinct services at the conference, to be held today through Thursday, June 20. (n+1)designstudio is powered by its execution and delivery of live, real-time integration such as social media displays, as well as innovative technology leveraged through its relationship with SMT.
“We’re excited to partner with studios like (n+1) and are thrilled with the plans they have both technically and creatively to enhance the experience at The Conference 2013,” said PromaxBDA CEO and President Jonathan Block-Verk. “We are always looking for innovative, collaborative ways to engage our attendees and know (n+1)’s interactive social media display will serve as the conference’s water cooler, a place where everyone will want to gather.”
The firm opens its doors with new clients already in the queue. Among them:
- FNTSY Sports Network for its full brand development and on-air packaging for its 2013 NFL season launch
- Crossfit Games’ redesigned show package for 2013
- The BBC’s coverage of Wimbledon, featuring new statistics display with a real-time 3D graphic
- Creative solutions for interactive social media displays for the Oscars and premieres of Iron Man 3, The Great Gatsby, and Man of Steel.
(n+1)designstudio is led by Executive Director Janet Arlotta, who joined SMT as vice president of creative services in 2009 to form the SMT Creative Services Group, which is responsible for graphic creation and treatment of on-air packages, interface design and virtual technologies for SMT clients. Prior to joining SMT, Janet was the driving force behind Fuel, an internationally recognized, Emmy award-winning branding, design and production firm in the world of broadcast television, advertising and film.
Internationally acclaimed creative head Bob English has joined the team as senior creative director. English serves a vital role in production execution and strategic vision, supervising all creative projects while providing a practical perspective on the search for creative solutions. Prior to his position at (n+1)designstudio, English’s illustrious career included executive creative posts at English & Pockett of London, Lee Hunt Associates of New York, and, most recently, his consulting firm, The Britpack.
“There is no better place to launch (n+1)designstudio than the PromaxBDA conference,” said Arlotta. “Our design and animation execution is unparalleled. We do not ‘think outside the box,’ we build the box and then redefine it over and over again. We have the ability to innovate the way real-time graphics and information are displayed now and in the future. That is exactly what gives us a unique competitive advantage in the marketplace.”
With a combination of strategically selected talent, representing more than 30 years of brand development, on- and off-air packages, 3D animation and interface design, while leveraging its expertise in live, real-time data presentation and effective integration of social media, (n+1)designstudio provides a unique interactive perspective in delivering unparalleled viewer and fan experience.
