Elemental Appoints Industry Veteran Aslam Khader Chief Product Officer

Elemental Technologies has hired Aslam Khader as Chief Product Officer.

Khader brings more than 25 years of tenure in the interactive TV and digital rights management space to his role at Elemental. His experience at the intersection of pay TV, programming and advertising make him a key addition to the company as it gives customers the tools needed to effectively monetize multiscreen video.

Khader will drive product strategy and help scale product development at Elemental as the company continues its rapid expansion worldwide.

Prior to joining Elemental, Aslam was chief technology and product officer at Ensequence, where he spent more than 10 years working with service providers and content programmers formulating, developing and delivering interactive TV products, services and platforms. Prior to Ensequence, Aslam was at Intertrust Technologies as VP of product marketing setting direction and requirements for new video DRM products. He also worked at Sequent prior to its acquisition by IBM in various product management and marketing roles in both Japan and the United States.
