Dalet Strengthens International Support Network

Dalet has brought on some new additions through the first half of 2013.

Anthony Le Palud, who assumed the position as head of the Dalet support division late last year, has revamped the support structure. Le Palud has hired additional experienced support engineers to strengthen the company’s international support network. Three regional support centers are now in place including a new office in Manila for APAC. Dalet has also added new optional levels of support that can be tailored to each customer.

Thanks to a surge of new business in South America and Russia, Dalet has recently opened new offices in Rio de Janeiro and in Moscow to provide more localized sales and project resources.

Also, Massimo Berardi, an experienced leader in Italy’s broadcast Industry and key member of the Dalet team there, has been appointed General Manager of Dalet Italy.
