ONE CONNXT Delivers Ramadan Programming for Arab Radio and Television

The International Broadcasting Conference (IBC) successfully delivered over 500 hours of content for Arab Broadcasting Television (ART) during Ramadan with ONE CONNXT. Programing originated from the MISC Media Center in Cairo and was delivered to media centers in Amman, Jordan and Italy.

ONE CONNXT logoRamadan programming is exceptionally important each year as new series and original programs are launched during Ramadan; a time when families traditionally gather together watching television.

“We used ONE CONNXT as the main method to send material to broadcast centers in Italy and in Jordan from Cairo during our busiest time in Ramadan,” says Wagdy El Shenawy, CEO of MISC Media Center in Cairo. “The system performed well and we depended on it to move hundreds of hours during the holy month.  This is one of the best technical investment we made at Misc. With a very small investment, we managed to cover the cost and get into profits within the first few months of operating the system.”

ONE CONNXT was created by broadcasters for broadcasters. Unlike most other systems, ONE CONNXT was designed to meet or exceed broadcast standards and offers quality and reliability comparable to traditional broadcast for a much lower cost.
