The NFL on CBS’s AFC Playoff Coverage Includes Live Streaming

THE NFL ON CBS continues its 54^th year broadcasting the NFL with coverage of the 2014 American Football Conference Playoffs, beginning with Sunday’s national broadcast of Wild Card Playoff Game #2 live on the CBS Television Network.  The No. 6-seeded San Diego Chargers (9-7) defeated the AFC North Champions and No. 3-seeded Cincinnati Bengals (11-5).  THE NFL ON CBS’s coverage began with THE NFL TODAY, the Network’s studio show (12:00 Noon-1:00 PM, ET), live from the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City.

THE NFL ON CBS lead announce team of Jim Nantz and Phil Simms call the action, along with Tracy Wolfson reporting, live from the Chargers-Bengals game at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Lance Barrow is the coordinating producer and lead game producer and Mike Arnold is the lead game director.

For the first time ever, CBS Sports will stream its coverage of the American Football Conference Playoffs on CBSSports.com. Streaming coverage included the national broadcasts of the AFC Wild Card Playoff Game on Sunday, Jan. 5, and will continue with the AFC Divisional Playoff Games on Saturday, Jan. 11 and Sunday, Jan. 12, and the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, Jan. 19.
