ESPN Announcers to Call Sunday Night Baseball Atop Green Monster at Fenway Park

ESPN play-by-play voice Dan Shulman and analyst John Kruk will call the August 3 edition of Sunday Night Baseball – the New York Yankees at the Boston Red Sox – from atop the Green Monster at Fenway Park.

Shulman and Kruk will be located in section nine of the Monster seats, where they’ll provide commentary throughout the telecast. The duo will be joined by ESPN MLB Insider Buster Olney who will provide reports from the field.

Sunday Night Baseball begins at 8 p.m. ETand is available on ESPN, ESPN Radio, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Deportes Radio and WatchESPN. Additionally, Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown presented by Chevrolet will precedeSunday Night Baseball with a one-hour, pre-game show from Yawkey Way, just outside of Fenway Park, at 7 p.m. Needham, Ma. native Karl Ravech will host the show with analyst and former Yankee Aaron Boone.

Sunday Night Baseball – Major League Baseball’s exclusive, national game of the week – is celebrating its 25th season on ESPN. In May, Shulman and Kruk called the St. Louis Cardinals at Chicago Cubs Sunday Night telecast from the right field bleachers at Wrigley Field.
