The SBE 22 (Society of Broadcast Engineers, Chapter 22 Central New York) Expo takes place at Turning Stone in Verona, N.Y. on October 8th. FOR-A will showcase its HVS-XT100 portable video switcher, which comes standard with eight HD/SD-SDI inputs and four outputs, plus one HDMI output. The unit is ideal for a variety of video production applications, including live events, sports, news studios, OB vans, corporate production, as well as government and educational facilities. Another switcher that will be on-hand is FOR-A’s 1 M/E HVS-390HS unit. The switcher offers up to three different control panels and ten remote AUX control panels, giving operators a lot of versatility in their switching. FOR-A will also display its award-winning FA-1010 multi-channel signal processor and VTW-330 HD/SD character generator at the SBE 22 Expo.

FOR-A will also show the above-mentioned products at Access AV to take place on November 5th in Marlborough, M.A.

FOR-A will also participate at ACM New England on October 9th in Nashua, N.H. In addition to the HVS-XT100 switcher and VTW-330 character generator, the company will display its new FA-505 signal processor. First introduced earlier this year at NAB, the FA-505 is a 5 I/O signal processor with up/down/cross conversion capability on each input.

“It’s important for FOR-A to participate at these smaller, more intimate events because it allows us to forge better connections with potential and current customers and partners,” says FOR-A America VP Jay Shinn, who will be at each of the events. “We’re looking forward to showing off our versatile portable production switcher, as well as some of our other popular video production solutions.”
