The Atlantic Coast Conference and Raycom Sports Launch the ACC Trivia Challenge App

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and Raycom Sports have launched the ACC Trivia Challenge App, Basketball Edition. A first for a college conference, the ACC Trivia Challenge highlights the storied history of ACC basketball.
The new app, available for update or download on Apple and Android devices, is free and packed with thousands of ACC Basketball facts and figures. Fans of all 15 teams can test their knowledge of ACC hoops, track their own ACC Trivia results, challenge and compete against friends, and share scores on social media.

ACC Trivia Challenge is sortable by school and skill level. In addition, there are both conference and school leaderboards. Special content will also be released around rivalries, the tournament, the draft and more.

“No conference has the basketball tradition like the ACC,” says Trey Walters, Manager of New Media for ACC Digital. “Now with the ACC Trivia App, fans have a great new way to relive ACC Basketball history and test their knowledge in a unique, engaging way.”

In a partnership with the ACC, Raycom operates the ACC Network, which distributes ACC content through live television broadcasting, original programming via digital technologies, historical archives, mobile applications, social media, ACC Championship events and the official ACC website.
