SET EXPO 2015: EVS to Show Product Line at Video Systems’ Stand
EVS will showcase its future-proof broadcast technology at Video Systems’ stand (60) at SET Expo2015 (Sao Paulo, Brazil, August 25-27).
EVS’ flexible, 12-channel XT3 media production server offers the ability for two users to operate on one server and comes with newly-expanded flexibility – including increased SuperMotion camera configurations (up to two SuperMotion 6X camera recordings with two additional recording and playout channels available); extended configurations for Double LSM; 4K/UHD ready and 4 network capable (XNET, 10Gbps Media, Management Ethernet, and Video over IP 10Gbps); and increased audio density/MADI support.
Designed for ingest, management, exchange and contribution, the IPDirector live production software suite offers new capabilities based on advanced SOA foundations, including web-based tools for collaboration and content exchange between venues and studio, automated clip management, metadata integration and archive management.
For fast-paced newsroom environement, EVS will also demonstrate XSquare for easy, web-based media transfer and transcoding and XTNano, the HD/SD slow motion replay server designed for high-speed live sports productions, as well as the CleanEdit collaborative production tool.
Also on display for entertainment workflows — the Epsio suite of live graphics and effects tools for the LSM environment: Epsio Live for real-time graphic overlays, Epsio FX for sophisticated live effects capabilities, and Epsio Paint for telestration.
Additionally, the budget-friendly XTnano HD/SD server will be demonstrated highlighting flexible ingest of audio/video (A/V) files, live feed recording, live slow motion and super motion, fast clipping and playlist playout control, and third-party media sharing that’s faster than real-time.
Together these tools and systems provide broadcasters and rights holders with the industry’s most powerful and reliable ways to enrich content and engage viewers.
