Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE Delivers New Ways to Watch the Game

Rodgers has secured a five-year partnership with Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM),the media and technology company of Major League Baseball. With this new deal, “Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE” will still provide hockey fans with the same wealth of content available on the app, but on a new interface with an improved video experience and personalization options that put the focus on the user’s favorite team. The entire suite of new features will deliver simple and easier access to the games, highlights, news, and stats that fans want.

Enhancements include, but are not limited to, support for iOS9 including multitasking and picture-in-picture, sharper HD video quality, better camera synchronization, and team-centric customizations.

Outside of the country, NHL GameCenter LIVE is now NHL.TV. The service will continue to be named Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE in Canada. It is still accessible within the Rogers NHL App available in the Apple iTunes and Google Play stores, within the NHL App on game consoles and connected devices, and at NHL.com/TV in a web browser.

Transitioning to the new version of the app will be seamless on all platforms, simply requiring existing users to sign back in with their MyRogers login, or “restore purchase” if their subscription was purchased in-app. There are no changes to pricing and packaging options.

Rogers customers will continue to receive exclusive access to GamePlus, the innovative experience within Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE  that includes revolutionary camera angles and bonus video content. Rogers cable customers with subscriptions to all sports channels (Sportsnet, TVA Sports, TSN, and RDS) can access every regular season and post-season game within Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE without any blackouts.
