EVS Makes Pair of Senior Level Appointments

EVS has made appointments for the SVP position in both the Americas and EMEA regions. Quentin Grutman is undertaking a pivotal role as SVP for the Americas, leading sales and operations for North, Central and South America and Marc Caeymax has been appointed as SVP for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

EVS_LOGO_CMYKAfter building an extensive career in sales and operations within large software companies, including eight years at Oracle where he held various international sales management positions, Quentin Grutman joined EVS in 2010 as SVP EMEA. Prior to this, Grutman served as European Sales Director at Heartbeat Experts/Software (now Truven Health Analytics). He holds a degree in General and International Management from HEC-ULg Business school in Liège and a Masters degree in General Management (CEPAC) from Solvay Business School in Brussels.

“Over the past six years, Quentin has brought a rare combination of industry knowledge and business savvy to the EMEA region,” said Luc Doneux, EVP, chief commercial officer at EVS. “The time was right to leverage his talents and leadership skills in the Americas, where EVS is poised for significant growth.”

Replacing Quentin in EMEA, Marc Caeymax has been appointed SVP for EMEA. After joining EVS in 2000 as sales manager for Spain & Portugal, Caeymax continued to take responsibility for other regions including the African market in 2003. In 2007 he moved to Madrid to act as general manager while opening the EVS Iberica office and took the role of VP Sales, Southern Europe and Africa in 2012. Marc holds a Business Management Degree from ULG (University of Liege) and a Masters in International Management from the University of Santander in Spain.

“With such a track record of success within the organization, this is a well-deserved appointment for Marc and a great opportunity to continue our dominance in the EMEA region,” added Doneux.
