Few in the industry do feature storytelling better than the team at Big Ten Network’s The Journey. The show, which has both football and basketball editions each year, provides a cinematic, behind-the-scenes look at the faces and places from around the Big Ten Conference. At the SVG College Sports Summit, Bill Friedman, BTN’s lead producer on The Journey, pulled back the curtain on his piece looking at the amazing childhood of University of Iowa guard Peter Jok and fielded questions from the audience.
