Major League Lacrosse Partners With Reely to Produce Automated Real-time Highlights

Major League Lacrosse (MLL) has partnered with Reely to produce real-time game highlights during the 2017 season for distribution across all MLL platforms.

“The modern sports fan demands easily accessible information that is delivered quickly,” MLL Commissioner David Gross said. “We are entering our second year of games streaming on Lax Sports Network and we believe Reely’s ability to deliver in-game highlights will make our fans’ digital viewing experience even better.”

Based in California, Reely utilizes the latest artificial intelligence technology to watch sports and create highlights automatically. The system can “learn” what specific plays look like, such as goals or big hits, and create a highlight clip.
