Fox Sports Names Alexis Ginas as SVP, Cross-Platform Solutions

FOX Sports has named Alexis Ginas to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Cross-Platform Solutions. The announcement was made today by Jamie Horowitz, President, FOX Sports National Networks, to whom Ginas reports.

In this role, Ginas is responsible for shaping a 360-degree cross-platform approach to monetizing FOX Sports’ live event and studio content across linear and non-linear platforms. The cross-platform group is tasked with identifying the most effective ways to reach, engage, and monetize consumers, while leveraging FOX Sports’ extensive rights and programming portfolio in conjunction with the technology, sales, and production groups.

“We are thrilled to welcome Alexis to our team,” says Horowitz. “Her years of experience in global business development and strategic partnerships, coupled with a deep understanding of today’s increasingly multi-faceted media landscape makes her a perfect fit to lead an innovative cross-platform group at FOX Sports.”

Ginas brings a unique mix of linear, digital, and live event experience to the table, combined with expertise in business development, digital distribution, and content licensing. As consumer consumption patterns shift, she has a proven track record of harnessing a publisher’s footprint and delivering it to marketers at scale.

Before joining FOX Sports, she founded Madison + Valley, where she was an advisor to early stage startups. Prior to that, Ginas was Head of Global Brand Solutions at Match Group, where she oversaw sales, marketing, and ad revenue operations across 38 properties, including the launch of marketing solutions on Tinder.  She also served as Senior Vice President, Global Brand Partnerships at SFX, where she built the brand partnership business from the ground up, pre-IPO.

Additional leadership positions include Vice President, Sales at Viggle, and eight years at Viacom where she ran a corporate business development team across MTV Networks. Ginas earned an MBA in Finance and a BA in Communications from Bentley
University.
