SMPTE17: Ross Video To Display Production Solutions, New Graphite Solution

Ross Video will be at SMPTE17 event in Sydney (July 18-21) and will be demonstrating a range of production solutions including the company’s new Graphite solution which combines the Ross Carbonite production switcher with the Ross XPression graphics engine and Rave audio mixer. Graphite is designed to simplify workflows and help content creators work more efficiently and cost-effectively at a competitive price point, making it ideal for mid-size productions including sports, flyaway kits and OB environments.
Furthermore, Ross’ Sydney office has announced that David Ross, the company’s CEO, will be presenting a conference paper and participating in a panel session regarding the future of IP.

Hands-on demonstrations of the new Graphite all-in-one production solution will be available at Ross Video partner Videocraft’s booth (B12/B14). Ross Video partner PAT (F14) will be highlighting the Ultrix routing platform and Ross’ Emmy award winning openGear system of frames and cards.

“SMPTE is held every two years and Ross has grown dramatically in Oceania since 2015, so I’m sure attendees will be surprised and impressed when they visit us” says Amanda Leighton, Director of Sales for Oceania. “We continue to invest in our product suite to deliver customers with integrated solutions for their live production environment. Even more pleasing has been the parallel growth of the team; we’ve recently opened our new Sydney HQ and added technical support and demonstration capability to the region”.

The SMPTE conference and expo is being held at the International Convention Centre, Sydney, from July 18-21 2017, and Ross Video can be found on booth D04.
