Brian joined Microsoft in 2003 after the company purchased Placeware, where he served as Chief Architect. Prior, Brian served as VP of Engineering for Flycast Networks, building the first wave of ROI-optimized advertising technologies.
Nathaniel Jewell’s appointment to Chief Finance Officer at STRIVR comes after more than three years at Apple, where he led the finance strategy and finance investments for Apple’s worldwide channel sales organization. Prior to Apple, Nathaniel spent six years with Deloitte Consulting in executive consulting and management roles focused on mergers and acquisitions for companies ranging from $200M to $150B+ in market capitalizations. He holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania–The Wharton School.
“Both Brian and Nathaniel are outstanding leaders who bring the right balance of strategy, entrepreneurship, and growth management best practices to STRIVR,” says co-founder and CEO Derek Belch. “We look forward to Brian’s contributions and guidance in helping us define our future technology roadmap and accelerating our product development. As well, Nathaniel’s proven ability to drive financial performance and impressive track record of high-growth financial operations will be a great asset as we continue to accelerate STRIVR’s offerings in the enterprise market.”
STRIVR has also opened three new offices with headquarters located in the heart of Silicon Valley in Menlo Park, CA. The other offices are in Culver City, CA. and Nashville, TN. The office in Nashville will help support customers in the East as well as focus on the healthcare vertical for training. With business steadily increasing, STRIVR has turned its attention to additional marketing efforts and has recently undertaken a rebranding. New logos and messaging have been created to better reflect the current and future direction of the company as a learning and training platform utilizing immersive technology.
