Guests received tour of network’s high-tech studio facilities

More than 50 guests attended the latest SVG Regional Platinum Series event on Wednesday evening, the first of its kind for the San Francisco Bay Area. The event was held in partnership with Pac-12 Networks and welcomed video professionals from NBC Sports Bay Area/California, Bleacher Report, BAMTech, the San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, Oakland Raiders, Stanford University, University of California Berkeley, and more.

Early arrivers received an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of P12N’s state-of-the-art broadcast facilities, which include a robust infrastructure built around cutting-edge IP and at-home workflows and solutions. Tours were led by Pac-12 Networks SVP, Production, Leon Schweir and VP, Production Operations, Michael Marabin.

Guests were also welcomed to a special rooftop happy hour by new Pac-12 Networks President Mark Shuken.

SVG Regional Platinum Series events are open to all professionals from local pro teams, venues, colleges, leagues, broadcasters, and others, as well as to SVG Platinum sponsors.

The next SVG Regional Platinum Series event is scheduled to take place on Nov. 9 at Stoney’s Bar & Grill, Denver. Email Andrew Lippe ([email protected]) for more information.
