Outdoor Channel, DirecTV To Launch Network in HD Across U.S.

Outdoor lifestyle enthusiasts and television viewers of programming on Outdoor Channel just got a little closer to the scenic beauty of nature without having to leave the comforts of their couch. Outdoor Channel today announced the launch of its high definition (HD) channel on DIRECTV. Outdoor Channel is available in high definition on DIRECTV’s Channel 606 and simulcast with the standard definition channel.

Outdoor Channel is available on DIRECTV as part of the Sports Pack and also can be acquired a la carte for $3.50 per month.
