STATS Hires Lisa Ackerman as Senior Vice President of Customer Success

STATS has announced the appointment of Lisa Ackerman as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Ackerman will work to develop and expand customer relations with STATS’ partners across the portfolio.

Ackerman joins STATS with more than 18 years of experience in client services and operations management, most recently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at SumTotal Systems LLC in Chicago, Ill. Prior to her time at SumTotal Systems, Ackerman held client success positions at Accero Inc. and West Notifications Group.

Ackerman and her team will manage onboarding and support of every STATS client across the portfolio. This effort includes robust customer training and setup, professional services and ongoing support to provide best practices, and enables customers to realize STATS’ solution value and ensure long-term success.

A graduate of Northwestern University, Ackerman puts emphasis on transforming organizations by improving processes and strategies for global customers. At SumTotal Systems, Ackerman was responsible for leading the Customer Experience team and developing customer satisfaction and loyalty programs that lead to long-term renewals.
