Dale Pro Audio Provides Specialized Services to Wireless Microphone Professionals

Dale Pro Audio has announced the Dale RF Solutions Group. This full-service venture will provide professionals with all aspects of wireless microphone system deployment, whether for specific events or for permanent installs.

Aiming to help clientele in various markets navigate a greatly changing wireless audio landscape, the RF Solutions Group draws from a number of resources, both on Dale’s staff as well as a network of some of the industry’s top experts. Services offered include site surveys and frequency scanning, systems design, channel coordination, installation, and more. The diverse markets served by this group would include top-tier venues, tours, live theater, sports production, broadcast, houses of worship, tours, and so on.

The formation of this group comes at a crucial time for the audio world, thanks to the FCC’s recent reallocation of the 600 MHz range. “Setting up and maintaining a system is more complex than ever before”, says Dale’s Technology Development Manager Joel Guilbert, who helped to assemble the group’s talents. “Our goal is to make these solutions as simple, reliable, and effective as possible, with the best value to the user in both time and money.”

One of Dale’s most tenured salespeople with a majority of his experience in the broadcast and live production world, Senior Director of Broadcast Sales Joe Prout understands the value of a collective such as this: “This new initiative gives Dale’s Sales Professionals the ability to offer our clients the highest level of turnkey RF solutions, which befits the level of our clients’ RF applications”.

Company co-owner Valerie Lager is highly excited about the future of this group: “There couldn’t be a better time in our industry for us to have launched a program like this. We’ve been dealing with wireless systems and technologies for as long as they’ve existed, so it was a logical progression for us to be a leader in this capacity”.
