FloSports Becomes Exclusive Coverage Provider of the National Basketball League

FloSports announced a multiyear partnership with the National Basketball League (NBL) to provide live and on-demand coverage of the NBL exclusively in the U.S. and Canada — and non-exclusively in the U.K. and Asia — on FloHoops.com.

Founded in 1979, the NBL is one of the world’s premier basketball leagues, with eight teams across Australia and New Zealand. The agreement includes all preseason, regular season and postseason games with a total of 127 regular season games per season.

The upcoming schedule of NBL regular season games on FloHoops.com includes:

  • Nov. 16: Melbourne at New Zealand
  • Nov. 17: Illawarra at Adelaide
  • Nov. 17: Perth at Cairns
  • Nov. 18: Brisbane at Melbourne
  • Nov. 18: New Zealand at Sydney

“We are excited about FloSports expanding the global coverage of the NBL this season,” says NBL Chief Executive Jeremy Loeliger. “The NBL is now reaching more parts of the globe than ever before. It’s been a fantastic start to the season and already we’ve seen an increase in our attendance and broadcast audiences. With great local and international talent on display, we hope fans around the world will enjoy FloHoops’ coverage of the NBL.”

“We are thrilled to add NBL games to our growing FloHoops offering,” says FloSports Director of Rights Acquisition Lindsey Ross. “Now fans in the U.S. and Canada will be able to access a host of incredible professional basketball leagues from the NBL to the Euroleague and beyond.”
