NBA League Pass Joins Amazon Prime Video

Amazon announced the launch of NBA League Pass – co-managed by the NBA and Turner Sports – on Prime Video Channels, allowing Prime members to subscribe to the league’s out-of-market subscription service to access hundreds of live, regular season out-of-market games.

With NBA League Pass, Prime members will have a convenient option to watch live out-of-market NBA games while at home or on-the-go. Customers can enjoy NBA League Pass on the Prime Video app across hundreds of devices, including compatible TVs, game consoles, set-top boxes, and other connected devices, including Amazon Fire TV, mobile devices, and online. NBA League Pass will work seamlessly in Prime Video, with no additional apps to download or passwords to remember.

Prime customers streaming NBA League Pass on Fire TV devices (Cube, 4K, Fire TV Stick, and Fire TV) will have access to Prime Video’s X-Ray feature, which allows fans to interact with team stats and player information while they watch. To access the X-Ray feature, which is only available on Prime Video, simply click up on the remote control while the video is playing.

Prime members in the U.S. can subscribe to NBA League Pass via Prime Video Channels for $28.99/month, or a one-time payment of $169.00 for a season pass, providing access to live out-of-market regular-season games for all NBA teams. In addition, starting today, customers can try the NBA League Pass for free through December 20.
