Arvato Systems Named as a ‘Leader’ in Digital Enterprise Operations by ISG

In their ongoing study, “Digital Business Transformation 2019” IT market research and consulting firm ISG names Arvato Systems as a ‘Leader’ in the field of Digital Enterprise Operations – Midmarket. With a range of products and services, companies that have been awarded the status of ‘leader’ are, according to the ISG, strategic leaders and opinion formers and they can also be seen as a guarantee of innovative strength and stability.

The “Digital Enterprise Operations – Midmarket” segment includes digitalization of processes in typical large organizations based on an ecosystem of components, technical platforms, processes, and system integration. According to the study, operations run “either via PaaS (Platform as a Service), an internal data center or via managed and integrated (end-to-end) data center functions.” This includes DevOps tools and improvement to all operational and rapid provisioning process.

In concrete terms, the study certifies a comprehensive range of Arvato Systems digital services: “The platform modules offered can support all cloud technologies as well as traditional IT. (…) A comprehensive, modularly structured range of consulting services supports customers on their journey to the cloud. Extensive support is offered for the development of new digital business models.” The ISG analysts also highlight Arvato Systems’ intensive partnerships with SAP and hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft, and explain Arvato Systems’ comprehensive Managed Services offering, which “takes full account of customer-specific requirements and meets the high demands placed on Digital Enterprise Operations Services”.

In April 2018, Arvato Systems was already identified by ISG as a Leader in “Digital Transformation Services & Solutions” and the new classification as a “Leader for Digital Business Transformation” re-confirms the company’s comprehensive competence as a multi-cloud expert and companion for the digital transformation of companies.
