Filmwerks Acquires Hale Electric

Filmwerks has made their first acquisition for their 2019 fiscal year. Filmwerks purchased Hale Electric, a Buffalo, NY based company that specializes in large scale power distribution. The deal closed on April 24 and is one of others that are planned for the year.

“Hale Electric is a natural fit and compliments our current offering. We have worked together on several jobs over the years including Super Bowls, concerts, and festivals,” said Filmwerks’ President and CEO Michael Satrazemis. “I was impressed with their work and their owner, Dave Neveaux. We not only got a great business from this acquisition, but we also added another strong member to our management team. We are excited about the future of Filmwerks.”
