Access to fuboTV Now Available to Google Fiber Customers

Alphabet’s Google Fiber ISP division will no longer offer TV service to new customers and will instead market virtual pay TV platform fuboTV. The news is particularly exciting for sports fans since fuboTV offers more than 35,000 live sporting events each year.

In addition, users can watch popular TV shows, movies, and news on fuboTV — the base package alone has more than 100 live channels and more than 30,000 TV episodes and movies on demand every month. Lastly, customers can utilize cloud DVR and the ability to stream simultaneously on multiple screens.

Google Fiber’s partnership with fuboTV is in addition to one with YouTube TV, announced in December. Now, new Google Fiber customers have at least two options to choose how they want to get live and on-demand programming.
