IHSE USA Sends Update to Client Base Amid Coronavirus

IHSE USA has reached out to their client base amid the coronavirus pandemic:

COVID-19 presents unknown challenges for us all. At IHSE we have also reacted to the latest developments and have introduced various measures to protect our customers, partners and colleagues. These will allow us to continue to support you with e.g. consulting or deliveries. 

As of today, continuation of our production is secured based on sufficient stock and deliveries. Our colleagues work in two teams which work either in the morning or in the afternoon avoiding personal contact. This measure will allow us to continue production in case of an infection in one of the teams. Your goods are being shipped to you as normal.

In all other departments, most colleagues work from their home office and the colleagues remaining in our offices also work in teams and have enough space to keep the safety distance. 

Our global offices are also operational, either by working in teams and shifts or from home office. Customer consulting and support are available as usual. 

Appointments with you will only be carried out in exceptional circumstances or if you expressly require them. Visits in our offices are not possible for the time being. We are happy to arrange telephone and video conferences with you.
