Dimetis Appoints Scott Kowalczyk as Senior Pre-Sales System Engineer

Dimetis has appointed Scott Kowalczyk as a Senior Pre-Sales System Engineer based in Michigan, USA, and will support the Dimetis team in North America.

Kowalczyk joins the company with 35 years of experience in the telecommunications and broadcast industry. He spent the first ten years of his career in the U.S. military satellite communications industry working in various roles as active duty, government contractor, and Department of Defense (DoD) civil service employee. He is experienced with formal DoD reliability, development, and growth testing and was sent on many special assignments at the Pentagon, on Air Force One, aboard naval ships, and other military facilities around the world.

Kowalczyk transitioned into the private sector and spent twenty-five years at AT&T where he helped build several large broadcast video networks including the IPTV U-verse network and Global Video Services network, which is one of Dimetis’s larger U.S. based clients. He has worked directly with many U.S. broadcasters over the years and even spent a short time working for an ABC affiliate before coming to Dimetis. He will be focused on supporting and growing our North American clients.
