Fujfilm Merges Medical Systems Division, New Development Divisions to Create New Endosurgical Solutions

As of October 1, FUJIFILM New Development U.S.A. will merge with FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A. Together, the two companies will leverage their expertise to advance innovations in endosurgery.

Upon completion of the integration, Stephen Mariano, Vice President and General Manager of FUJIFILM New Development, U.S.A., will continue to lead Fujifilm’s surgical R&D team as Vice President of Global Endosurgical R&D at FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A.
