Arvato Systems Earns Service Provider Award at 2020 Service Provider Summit

At this year’s Service Provider Summit, Arvato Systems took the first place in the category “Managed Public Cloud Provider” with the platinum award. The winners of the Service Provider Awards are determined once a year by a large reader survey in cooperation with the IT portals of Vogel IT-Medien. In total, more than 20,000 votes were cast this year.

Arvato Systems has been participating in the Service Provider Award since 2017 and can now enter the list of winners for the fourth time in a row. However, the IT specialist received the platinum award for the first time in 2020. This special rating for Arvato Systems reflects the strong performance of the past years as a multi-cloud service provider in the private and public cloud

“We are very pleased that we were able to achieve first place at the first attempt, especially in the category ‘Managed Public Cloud Provider’, which was newly created this year,” says Jürgen Einfalt, Product Manager Enterprise Cloud and Data Centers. “This award is a remarkable recognition of our performance in the hyperscaler environment, on whose public cloud platforms we not only implement our customers’ applications, but also continuously and highly reliably provide managed services to our customers”.

This year’s award ceremony took place during the Service Provider Summit from Aug. 27-28 in Frankfurt am Main. Under special Corona-related hygiene precautions, around 100 managers discussed trends, strategies, and opportunities in the managed service provider business under the motto “The next Level of Service Providing”.
