Program Productions Promotes Jessica Kowatch to Senior Vice President of Operations

Program Productions (PPI) has promoted Jessica Kowatch to Senior Vice President of Operations, effective immediately.

Kowatch was previously the Vice President of National Crewing and has been with PPI since 2015. Throughout the past year, Kowatch was instrumental in leading her team through numerous COVID-19 related challenges. As the workload and operational complexity of safely providing broadcast production crews across North America increased, Kowatch seamlessly lead her team’s daily business operations with invaluable direction and insight. Kowatch’s elevated role will include a number of priorities including senior-level direction relating to client resource allocation and communication directives, new business development, national training initiatives, and assisting with labor union negotiations.

“Jess has done a tremendous job establishing an experienced and dynamic operations team and raised our level of customer support and communication,” says Scott West, President and Chief Operating Officer. “As a result, we have received significant, positive customer feedback as well as new business opportunities. I look forward to her participation on our advisory committee to ensure technology advancements and efficiencies are met to service the company’s increased business volume and client base.”

In addition to Kowatch’s role as a senior-level operations leader, she will also serve on the technology advisory committee created to develop and implement technology advancements to PPI’s industry-leading ProCrewz enterprise resource management system and mobile application.
