Ross Video’s Rocket Surgery, Atlanta Braves Recognize Five-Year Partnership

The sounds of baseball’s new season opening day have been very different since the arrival of the pandemic in 2020, and while the sport’s future and format are still in flux the fan engagement team at the Atlanta Braves have been hard at work designing and preparing their stadium show for both sponsors and fans. 2021 marks an important milestone for Rocket Surgery, Ross Video’s in-house creative and professional services division, and the Atlanta Braves – the Rocket Surgery team is proud to be helping design and build the show at Truist Park for the fifth season in a row.

“We’ve been creating major league baseball graphics packages and workflows for many years using Ross XPression, XPression Tessera, and DashBoard,” notes Jim Doyle, Director of Creative Services at Rocket Surgery. “It’s all about storytelling, and the stories around the Atlanta Braves are always exceptional. Scott’s team takes great pride in packing every show chock-full of Braves tradition, and we want to ensure the fans feel that and have the most engaging experience possible.”

Scott Cunningham, Vice President of Broadcasting & Fan Experience at the Atlanta Braves, offers high praise for the work carried out by Rocket Surgery.

“Atlanta Braves fans and our sponsors deserve the best show in baseball, and Ross Rocket Surgery delivers,” he says. “After five years working together, this has become a well-oiled machine. We always appreciate Ross creative service and technology to help us bring our creative vision to reality.”
