PSSI Global Services/Strategic TV has evolved dramatically over the past decade and now offers a diverse solutions providers, from its core satellite services provisioning to blended solutions including teleport, fiber and IP. In this interview, Jason Land, VP, Project Management, PSSI Global Services/Strategic TV, discusses the ongoing role for satellite as well as the breadth of new media service offerings and increased connectivity. Land recently authored a white paper on how satellite continues to have its place in the ongoing transmission landscape. PSSI has come across a lot of different content delivery requests the company knows there are many ways to provision them, particularly relying on the project-focused expertise at its teleport. With that in mind, PSSI has continued to find that satellite is a vital resource both from its provisioning and from customer request.
