Venue Edge Signs Agreement to Provide In-Stadium Content for SDCCU Holiday Bowl at Petco Park

Venue Edge is announcing a new partnership with the San Diego Bowl Game Association, organizers of the annual SDCCU Holiday Bowl. This year’s game will kickoff on Tuesday, December 28 at 8 pm ET/5pm PT on Fox.

“We’re excited to partner with Venue Edge,” says Holiday Bowl CEO Mark Neville. “Their experience and reputation working with some of the best college football bowl games in the country speaks volumes. We can’t wait to create an exciting game-day atmosphere together.”

Moving to a new facility can be daunting for just about any major sporting event, however, the Venue Edge team will create a theme and brand-look matching the Holiday Bowl’s integration into the city and its new home at Petco Park. The Venue Edge team will develop animations and content for the LED video boards and numerous ribbon boards throughout the ballpark. Also, the group will provide game-day presentation support to create an atmosphere that will leverage all the technology throughout the stadium.

After a one-year hiatus due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, this year’s SDCCU Holiday Bowl returns to the bowl season lineup and a new home in Petco Park in downtown San Diego. This year’s game will feature one of the top football programs from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) pitted against one of the best football teams from the Pac-12 Conference.
