DirecTV To Feature Pair of 4K Channels During 2022 Masters Coverage

DirecTV, the home of the most live sports anywhere on TV, including three of golf’s four majors in 4K, will present the 2022 Masters live from Augusta National Golf Club from April 7 to 10.

All weekend long, the full High Definition coverage from Augusta on DirecTV gives viewers access to a four-cell HD Mosaic (Ch. 901) that incorporates the network broadcast feed (ESPN on Thursday/Friday; CBS on Saturday/Sunday (Ch. 902), a Featured Groups feed (Ch. 903); a spotlight on Amen Corner (Ch. 904) and all the action from Holes 15 and 16 (Ch. 905).

DirecTV will also have two channels of exclusive 4K coverage — one from Holes 15 and 16 (Channel 106) and the other on the course’s fabled Amen Corner (Holes 11, 12 and 13), one of the most hallowed places in all of golf, on Channel 105.

DirecTV’S Masters 4K coverage gets underway Thursday around 10:45 a.m. Eastern and continues until 7 p.m. Eastern that day before resuming Friday from 10:45 a.m. to 7 p.m., 11:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 11:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
