Twitter Teams Up With the National Basketball Association for Digital Coverage of the 2022 NBA Finals

Twitter and the National Basketball Association will continue to offer fans a front row seat to the 2022 NBA Finals through numerous activations.

Here are some of the ways Twitter is engaging fans on the timeline:

Real-time Game Photos from a Top Warriors Photographer
Twitter tapped #NBATwitter creator Jordan Jimenez (@_JordanJimenez, aka JSquared), the photographer responsible for taking these iconic photos of Steph Curry and Andrew Wiggins’ posterizing dunk over Luka Doncic, for in-game photography during Game 1 and Game 2 of the NBA Finals. The Twitter timeline lit up with Jimenez’s Game 1 and Game 2 photos, which will be tweeted from @TwitterSports.

“I think the biggest thing [about being on Twitter] is you never really know who’s watching,” says Jimenez. “I didn’t know [the team] at Twitter was paying attention to [my work]. It’s an incredible opportunity to collaborate with @TwitterSports and continue to grow my community.”
