AWS's Paul Devlin, Seven West Media's Scott Favelle, Vizrt's Richard Hewitt, Stan's John Hogan, and Google Cloud's Andrew Spaulding help attendees weigh their options

For the first time since prior to the COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020, Sports Video Group returned to Sydney for the SVG Australia Summit. Hosted at the Telstra Customer Insight Centre in Sydney on June 1, the event was an opportunity for the Australian sports production community to come together for an afternoon of networking and information exchange around the topic of the future of the sports TV production and distribution.

The sport production industry is on the fast track towards virtualizing a lot of technical gear and moving production into the cloud. At the 2022 SVG Australia Summit, industry experts in the topic discuss the current state of cloud and virtualized technology and lay out the key considerations to weight before making the leap.
