Pro Volleyball Federation Announces Bally Live and Stadium as Media Rights Partners
Story Highlights
Pro Volleyball Federation announces a multi-year agreement with Bally Live and Stadium as official broadcast partners of the League.
“This unique agreement will allow us to broaden the exposure of Pro Volleyball Federation and its teams,” boasts Pro Volleyball Federation co-founder Dave Whinham. “With the broadcast of matches along with in-studio and digital exposure, we can more effectively showcase the stories of our amazing athletes.”
Bally Live will broadcast a majority of the live matches free on the Bally Live App during the 2024 inaugural season – with a minimum of 40 matches slated for the platform. Stadium will broadcast a “Match of the Week” live across its app, website, and OTT partners – with 20 matches slated for this coming year. These matches will also be simulcast on Bally Live.
“We are looking forward to being the destination for volleyball fans to watch the best players in the world play here in the US,” says Mitch Rubenstein, Vice President Production and Content at Bally’s Interactive. “Fans have come to volleyball in masses and now they’ll have the opportunity to interact with each other while watching the matches on Bally Live and Stadium. We can’t wait to provide a true interactive experience for a passionate fan base.”
Fans can watch the 40+ matches for free by downloading the Bally Live app. Pro Volleyball Federation followers can find the “Match of the Week” at watchstadium.com or on all of Stadium’s OTT partners. Both Bally Live and Stadium are committed to creating a community of fans that have access to interactive features like live chat during matches, free to play games, original content, and rewards.
In addition, Stadium will produce a weekly Pro Volleyball Federation studio show called Pro Volleyball Weekly, featuring highlights, in-studio interviews with players and coaches and other features. Pro Volleyball Weekly will air live on the Bally Live App along with all of Stadium’s distribution platforms. Player appearances across Stadium’s lineup of studio shows will also be part of the slate, as well as integration on Bally Live and Stadium’s digital and social platforms.
Bally Live and Stadium are the latest partners to be announced as part of Pro Volleyball Federation’s media rights package, which is expected to include both domestic and international rights.
