NBA 2K League Alley to Debut at NBA All-Star 2024 in Indianapolis

The NBA 2K League announces the “NBA 2K League Alley”, an immersive, basketball and Japanese-inspired event space during NBA All-Star 2024 in Indianapolis, Friday, Feb. 16 and Saturday, Feb. 17 from noon to 8 p.m. ET each day at the Indiana Convention Center.

The two-day event will celebrate the game of basketball through music, food, anime and NBA 2K, and feature a lineup of special guests, including Tyrese Haliburton, NFL players, Ronnie 2K, NBA 2K League players and content creators CashNasty, Troydan, ZackTTG, and AnnoyingTV.

A host of fan-centric activations on site at the NBA 2K League Alley will include gaming stations with NBA 2K, competitions where fans can challenge Ronnie 2K and professional NBA 2K League players, and other unique engagement opportunities where fans can create glow‑in‑the‑dark customized merchandise, test their gaming skills across a number of games, and enjoy pop-up live performances throughout the weekend. The NBA 2K League will share information soon about additional guests, and a schedule of competitions and appearances.

The marquee activation, “AT&T Presents NBA 2K League Indy Showdown” on Friday, Feb. 16 at 3 p.m. ET, will be highlighted by Tyrese Haliburton, who will face off alongside and against content creators Dom2K and Pikaaa, and other participants in 3v3 NBA 2K matchups. This marks the first event with current NBA players since the groundbreaking partnership announced last year between the NBA 2K League and the National Basketball Players Association.

“We are thrilled to be hosting this NBA 2K League event in Indianapolis during NBA All-Star 2024,” says NBA 2K League CEO Andrew Perlmutter. “The NBA 2K League has a rich history in Indianapolis, and the NBA 2K League Alley and AT&T Presents NBA 2K League Indy Showdown are just the first of many immersive live events our fans can enjoy for seasons to come.”

NBA 2K League Alley and AT&T Presents NBA 2K League Indy Showdown are free and open to all fans in the Indianapolis area. To stay up to date with the latest news, sign up for our newsletter here.
