Pac-12 Enterprises Names Michael Molinari as New SVP of Business Development & Studio Operations

Michael Molinari, a three-time Emmy award winner and veteran expert in sports broadcast production, as been appointed as SVP, Business Development & Studio Operations for Pac-12 Enterprises. Pac-12 Enterprises is the broadcast production arm of the Pac-12 Conference that features award-winning production services via its new production facility.
“Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and high level of respect from across the sports broadcasting landscape to lead our new production services business with Pac-12 Enterprises,” says Pac-12 Commissioner Teresa Gould. “We are excited for his leadership in bringing these offerings to market and helping us realize our vision for this extraordinary facility.”

Molinari brings over 30 years of sports television experience to the new lead position for Pac-12 Enterprises, having served as lead producer of Pac-12 Football and Men’s Basketball broadcasts for Pac-12 Networks since its launch in 2012 through the 2023-24 season. In addition to his time with Pac-12 Networks, Molinari has also worked with ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, ESPN, Big Ten Network and NBC Sports. His list of premium production experience in covering top-tier sporting events includes 11-straight NBA Finals, four Olympic games, numerous NCAA Men’s & Women’s Basketball Tournaments, The Masters, The Daytona 500, NFL’s Monday Night Football and preseason NFL games.

With Molinari’s appointment, Pac-12 Enterprises will take its broadcast production services external and welcome new and prospective clients to utilize its full suite of production capabilities. In addition to producing live events and content for Pac-12 member universities, Pac-12 Enterprises now offers production services to the broader world of sports and entertainment with its facility that opened in 2023 in San Ramon, CA, featuring:
