NAB 2016: NewTek's Seventh-Annual Broadcast Minds Panel To Focus on IP Technology

NewTek announced that Broadcast Minds, the go-to panel at NAB providing insight from leading voices in the modern digital landscape on the future of broadcast and video communications, is returning for its seventh year at the NAB Show. 

BCM.For.PRThis year’s event will feature dialog between experts from industry leading companies including Turner Sports, NBA Entertainment, Simplynew, and NewTek. The discussion will be held on Monday, April 18, at the Las Vegas Convention Center X Hall Room S222. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. PDT, and the panel discussion will start at 5:00 p.m.

Jim Louderback, editorial director at Vidcon, brand strategist at Wochit, and venture partner at Social Starts, will lead the following panel of experts in a dialog that starts with today’s IP technology and peers into the future of this progressive shift in live production:

– Steve Hellmuth, EVP, Media Operations and Technology, NBA Entertainment

– Marc Scarpa, founder and executive producer/director, Simplynew

– Andrew Cross, president and CTO, NewTek
