Vimond IO Cloud-Native Editing System Free Use for April

Vimond IO, the company’s cloud-native editing system, is free to be used in live production workflow at no cost in April.  The company says Vimond IO empowers today’s media and sports video editors with a modern alternative to conventional on-premise, single-user editing workstation solutions.

Vimond IO cloud-native editing is free to use for the month of April.

IO provides the ability to quickly clip live and file-based video, search closed captions, edit, publish, and archive with source and timeline views. Publish a variety of bitrates and aspect ratios simultaneously and send to social media or CMS with one-click publishing.

Being a cloud-native editing solution means that it’s available from anywhere and available to anyone in your organization. The video editing service runs in a browser and is as reactive as a local application. Vimond IO provides live broadcast stream archiving, clipping, advanced search, and rapid retrieval in a seamless workflow.

With IO users can edit separated video, audio, and graphics tracks using the familiar source, sequence, and timeline layout and ingest and aggregate live and file-based video and audio. The company says IO is frame accurate, supporting multiple frame rates, and it also has integrated and self-provisioned support for publishing to AWS S3, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Users can also download video and repurpose anywhere.
