Super Bowl LIII: NFL Network, NFL Digital Media Lay Out Coverage Plans

Wall-to-wall coverage will begin Monday evening

For the 16th year, NFL Network and NFL Digital Media are on location providing comprehensive, wall-to-wall coverage of Super Bowl Week. This year, coverage will exceed 90 hours of live onsite coverage from Atlanta and feature a roster of 60 on-air personalities, with a combined 18 Super Bowl rings, who will report from locations that include the team hotels, a set on the field at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, a set outside the stadium, the tailgate party, and the red carpet.

On Monday, Jan. 28, NFL Network kicks off its coverage from Atlanta, highlighted by Super Bowl Opening Night from State Farm Arena at 7:00 p.m. ET. With more than 11 hours of pre/postgame coverage on Super Bowl Sunday; nightly editions of Super Bowl Prime Wednesday-Friday at 9:00 p.m.; live on-location telecasts of Good Morning Football, NFL Total Access, Super Bowl Live, and NFL Players Only; special Super Bowl-related programming, such as NFL Playbook: Super Bowl LIII and the premiere of Gridiron Giveback; and Super Bowl features, NFL Network and NFL Digital Media provide all-encompassing access to everything inside and outside of Super Bowl LIII.

In addition to content across NFL Network, NFL Digital Media will deliver an array of product features and exclusive programming — live shows, video features, audio content — to keep fans connected all week long.

NFL.com and the NFL app will feature live shows offering an irreverent look inside Super Bowl Week, including Super Bowl Today and NFL Honors Red Carpet Show, and special editions of NFL Film Sessions and Around the NFL will be accessible via NFL.com and the NFL app during the week. Additional digital-first content includes Dude Perfect Super Bowl Trick Shots, launching on Dude Perfect YouTube channel Jan. 28, and The Checkdown LIVE on @NFL Twitter, streaming Friday, Feb. 1 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. from the Super Bowl Media Center.

On Super Bowl Sunday, the NFL app will allow viewers to stay connected with all the action from wherever they are with access to live NFL Network programming as well as a live stream of CBS’s telecast of Super Bowl LIII, plus Next Gen Stats, highlights, and game insights.

On Super Bowl Sunday, NFL Network will provide more than 11 hours of live pre/postgame coverage, starting at 9:00 a.m. with a special 8.5-hour edition of NFL GameDay Morning. Featuring 29 on-air talent members, NFL GameDay Morning will offer comprehensive analysis before the kickoff of Super Bowl LIII. Following the game, NFL GameDay Prime will be live from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, offering postgame interviews with players and coaches, in-depth analysis, and complete game highlights.
