IBC 2019: MotoGP appoints Audio-Technica as microphone services solutions provider

Audio-Technica (stand 8.C35) has announced its recent appointment as official Microphone Services Solution Provider to MotoGP, the Grand Prix motorcycle racing Championship with 19 Grands Prix held at race circuits around the world every year. The appointment is made by Dorna Sport S.L., the commercial rights holder of MotoGP.  More

IBC 2019: EVS XT-VIA passes JT-NM tests for IP interoperability

EVS’ (stand 8.B90) XT-VIA next-generation live production server has passed the Joint Task Force for Networked Media (JTNM) testing for IP interoperability. The server, which was running the latest Multicam 16.2 operating system, passed SMPTE ST.2110-10/20/21/30/40 and JT-NM TR-1001-1 and AMWA (Advanced Media Workflow Association) NMOS IS04-05. XT-VIA tested successfully the JT-NM certifications.  More
