2018 SVG Sports OTT Forum

Over-the-top distribution and direct-to-consumer live streaming packages are poised to dramatically change the world of live sports video. While the entire media ecosystem is approaching this new era of consumer behavior, the sports media industry faces its own unique set of challenges and opportunities. In response to the SVG community’s need to collaborate on these new technologies and business opportunities, SVG debuted its first-annual SVG Sports OTT Forum on July 26th in New York City.

The inaugural SVG Sports OTT Forum brought in-depth conversation and networking to the live–sports-streaming industry. More than 200 attendees discussed such topics as OTT product offerings, direct-to-consumer business strategies, latency, security, and much more.
