Gerling Expands With Gerling Campus

Gerling & Associates has just acquired an additional 22,000 sq. ft. of construction space inside the Sunbury, Ohio, Industrial Park, and the acquisition gives the broadcast-vehicle manufacturer so many buildings in that park that it is now referred to as the Gerling Campus.

“I’m really humbled by our successes,” says founder Fred Gerling. “Our clients have been returning because of the quality that we’ve been able to put out the last few years. I am very grateful for the support of our clients.”

Inside that new space, Gerling & Associates will now have a fully staffed service facility, enabling the company to pursue truck- and trailer-retrofit work.

“We’ll be taking old expanding-side trailers and reinventing them with state-of-the-art interiors and exterior finishes, as exhibited at the show,” Gerling explains.

On display at the company’s booth in the outdoor exhibits at the NAB Show is a trailer that was originally sold in 1997 and has been completely gutted, rebuilt, and refurbished.

“We’re going to be recruiting that type of work and all of the required service work to give our clients better service,” Gerling says.

Service is so important, according to Gerling, that the company has recently acquired another service partner, this one in California, to give the company a total of three service-providing partners.
